SBC - Basic for Bluetooth.
AAC - One step higher than SBC but resource hungry.
aptX - Qualcomm developed for Hi-fi audio, low latency, adaptive etc.
LDAC - Sony developed for Hi-fi audio.
Scalable Codec - Samsung's own but not sure if it handles Hi-fi audio.

Question is - What are the codecs installed (and can be enabled when a compatible headphone is connected) in the Galaxy A32 4G?

Where can we get these details and documentations?

It's Developer Options. You can access it but tapping seven times in the Build ID.
But be careful to change any settings there.

I didn't feel lag. I use standard refresh rate ie 60 Hz.

Maybe, you need to consider backing up data and reset the device once. I reset the device after OS version update or twice a year.

Or, you can consider reinstalling those apps if you want to avoid resetting the device.

Most probably not. If you find technical sheet for 9611, you might find your answer.
