why there are no FOTA updates for flagship tablets ?

my tab s8 5g was last updated on 18th May with May 23 security patch.

Tablets get updated every 3 months or quaterly at worst, I guess

My Tab S7 also receives updates as such ( sometimes during OS update as 4.0 to 4.1 or 5.0 to 5.1 occurs in a month or so )

Yes it's a sad prospect but at least we are getting the updates vs other android tabs & get most of the new features vs iPads
