TabletsIf i go to store they say please go to customer care only they can provide.
And if i go to customer care they say we only check online order that has been made through samsung shop app or website.

TabletsWhat they say is "Pre reserve is not order. You are just pre reserving product for earlier access than others. After product is live you will get product that's what pre orders are for and it is company's responsibility to fullfill it. As you have ordered it via going physical store you need to ask them about product."
So i said i already did.
They said ask them "to write email to company about product order issue."
Now i don understand isnt it their job to do so? How is it supposed to be my role to give directions to samsung store person about order not delivered issue!
