As per your query, in order to open the multi-window option follow the
below mentioned steps:

Recent button > Tap on App icon you would like to view in Split Screen View > Select Open in split screen view >Tap on a secondary app window to view in Split screen view
> Apps has been opened in split view.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
