TabletsThe WiFi speed is very slow on the Tab S9 FE. My WiFi speed is 100Mbps. I have connected both the Tab and the iPhone 16 to the same WiFi router and the same WiFi 5G band and at the same time. Just look at the difference! Youtube and other streaming apps keep buffering and struggle to play. Whats wrong?? This is soo frustrating! 😢

We request you kindly share the log file and elaborate on your concern in detail. Also, share Wi-Fi provider name / model name, video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issue.
Path share log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
