It's not one ui 4.1 it takes minimum 1.4 gb to update But the update shown above in that picture size is 275 MB .

It's not one ui 4.1 update. The size is pretty small and there isn't written that it's one ui 4.1 update

Some devices got the same written like in this picture and that was actually Android 12. The update size was more than 1.5gb
