Hello everyone, since the upgrade to the latest UI 7.0, my Samsung Galaxy tab S8screen Going off continuously while attending online lecture or meeting in the chrome browser. Tried to turn on the "Keep screen on while viewing" in Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures still does not work except when I'm infront of the screen. Everytime I need to interact with the screen when I'm away inorder to keep it AWAKE, really annoying. Also, tried turning OFF battery saver, still the same.
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to set the display timeout option.
Settings > Display> Screen timeout> Tap on your preferred Screen timeout> Select new screen timeout.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
