Mine was purchased from Flipkart pre order, the banner also shows up but then it says "apologies it's for S8 Series" so incorrectly not detecting my S8+ Device. Have called and mailed they say we are working on it from past week.

They ask for your imei number when you call them and instantly they will tell you if you are eligible or not.
