Tab S7+ does not playback 1080p on Prime Video

After multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the Amazon Prime Video app store not support full HD playback is on my Tab S7+ but has widevine L1. This is absolutely of pathetic. Anyone know about a solution?

go to amazon prime - settings - streaming and download - turn off the use hardware acceleration and turn it on.
prime works at HD1080p
