Tab S7+ does not playback 1080p on Prime Video

After multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the Amazon Prime Video app store not support full HD playback is on my Tab S7+ but has widevine L1. This is absolutely of pathetic. Anyone know about a solution?

Bro Device having Windevine L1 certificate can't always guarantee you HD playback.

Amazon and Netflix use another tools as well as other factors to consider if the device will support their HD playback or not.

So end of the day it's in Amazon's/Netflix's hands to offer you HD play back.

No I am not convinced as being an owner for a 80k tablet, this is both the OEM and app devs responsibility. Funny thing that the Tab S6 did not have any issues since launch date.

Then its surely related to Prime only, Contact them bro cus Samsung can't/won't do anything. (I am not sure they can do anything or not.)

yes. I have done the update which includes the September security patch. checked updates on the play store as well. no changes seen
