Does anybody know how to put this app (Files) in app drawer. I can only open this app through noticfication like download. This app gives me access to android files and it is so much better then "My files".

That is Android's built in file manager and cannot be used standalone, so, no, it is not possible to put it in your app drawer and use it (atleast officially).
