Tabs are already consist of 10 inches display. 13-16 inches are ideal for laptops. And above 20 inches it's ideal range for tv or monitors.

There are many different purposes of laptops and tablets. Tablets are handy and easy to carry during travelling but can't do all the task. Whereas laptops are less handy and less easy to carry but can do pretty much hard tasking. So. They're not going to cross each other's line.
