I have received a tab s7+ which was bent (it was like that when I unpacked it). Anyone else facing the same issue?. The bend is noticable on the shorter side of the tab.
I have a green tint in the screen as well from 0-20% brightness it is noticable.

Ask for replacement ASAP as this is very costly device.

I have asked for that. Seems to be a laborious process here in India. Regret buying it from Samsung store on pre-order.

Yes, you will need to follow up with them. Preferably email them and get some reference number so that it's on record.
In India , I find amazon to be best of all in terms of shopping, after sales support.

Agree with you on that. Going through this was thinking I should have waited and bought it on Amazon. That is what I will do going forward 😅

Don't mind but I really wanted to know why you bought S7+ ? Frankly I don't find any android tablets worth considering at all. iPads are just perfect with apps, ecosystem, long term support.
Paying such huge amount for Android tablets feels so odd.

No I don't mind answering that.
All the devices at home are Android and I have one iPhone. Personally for me iOS is a very restricted system and to take the full advantage of the OS I need to have all iOS devices which is very big investment for me. The cross device compatibility is very important for me.
The tab s7 plus has an amazing screen no doubt but is plagued with these new issues.

This is my first tablet maybe in the future I will consider moving to iOS ecosystem. But for now I am happy with Android..

Yes, in terms of pure hardware Tab S7+ is miles ahead of iPad and also significantly cheaper. Hopefully it will serve you well for longer time.
