Now, my tab is about to kick off the 4th month without any update even a small security update since, one ui 6.0 in feb 2024. Also, I'm rocking the same old 2023 dec security update in May 2024. Going to switch to iphone a much better option. That's so sad of samsung.

Tab a7 lite. I got the one ui 6.0 and it's going to get one ui 6.1

Thats one area where apple does it the best...giving updates to their old "budget" devices too...android is still catching up...u can only expect a good update policy in expensive devices when it comes to android...but still samsung is doing there best

I have some really annoying bugs which make my tab barely usable. I did a lot of troubleshooting like reset etc. That's why I'm looking for a security update to help fix my bugs.

Buying samsung devices only makes sense when u buy their flagship/expensive devices...cuz somehow they manage to provide the best android flagship devices and worst android budget devices

You need to wait till you get the next update. Because it's under quarterly updates you will get updates only once in 3 months

tablets and watch.. samsung treat them as mid range lineup.. i have tab s8b5g and received last patch in February.
