Please can anyone tell me when is the security update or one ui 6.1 update coming to tab a7 lite. Because updating my tab to one ui 6.0 made it super lagging and unable to use like gittery animations, opening simple apps take forever. Please samsung roll out a simple security update to fix these issues. I am currently on December security update 2023.

Maybe your tab doesnot receive one UI 6.1. see here your trying to update to one UI 6.0 your tab became lagging due to no sufficient Ram is available in your tab. Unable to use apps also due to low ram clear ram . Then update to one UI 6.0

I have 3gb of ram and Almost 14gb of free storage still it lags and i have very limited third party apps like 3 to 4 apps. Tab A7 lite is also eligible for one ui 6.1 according to Samsung's official device list. Atleast samsung should roll out a security update to help with the issues.

Transfer your data to another device and go with the process of Hard resetting your tab once may be your last update can be downloaded with malware issues.
My S23 also faced an issue after installing one UI 6.1. When I turn my phone on the fingerprint animation lags 10 to 15 times and it automatically restarts and after I resetting it now it's done......
TRY THIS MAY GIVE YOU A BETTER SOLUTION......

As per your query, we want to inform you that in some cases regular OS upgrades may cause delays to planned security updates. However, you can rest assured the OS upgrades will include up-to-date security patches when delivered.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your hanging issue.

Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage
To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space.

Kindly check the RAM in your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Memory
The device's RAM should be free to improve performance. So clear the RAM once a day.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Is there any unnecessary application running in the background?
Kindly close the background running applications in the device (Tap the left side key & close the background running application).

Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications: Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall.

Kindly check if you are using a memory card on your device.
If you are using the memory card on your device. we will advise you to safely remove it from your device. For this follow the below steps:

Step 1: Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.
On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount. Insert the ejection pin into the hole on the tray to loosen the tray.
Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

Step 2: Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.
Step 3: Remove the memory card.
Step4: Insert the tray back into the tray slot

Note: Please ensure that the memory card is not removed while the device is transferring or accessing information. Doing so can cause data to be lost or corrupted or damage to the memory card or device.

If you enabled Power Saving Mode, Power saving mode limits the performance of the device. So we recommend disabling the Power Saving mode in your device.

I was sent a log file regarding lagging (ui not responding) after analysis They talked about ONE UI 6.1
