Using samsung a9 plus wifi only variant. Still on One UI 5.1.1 and security update August 2023. No updates being received. Checking regularly but not able to update. 'Your device is upto date ' is all I get. Customer care says I should get android 14 that's one ui 6 atleast.
Anyone with similar issue please comment or solutions please help.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available). Path: Settings > About phone > software update.
If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
