Using samsung a9 plus wifi only variant. Still on One UI 5.1.1 and security update August 2023. No updates being received. Checking regularly but not able to update. 'Your device is upto date ' is all I get. Customer care says I should get android 14 that's one ui 6 atleast.
Anyone with similar issue please comment or solutions please help.
As per your concern, we want to inform you that the android 14 update (UI 6)already has been released for the Galaxy Tab a9 plus in December 2024. you can check the software update on your device manually by the below steps.
Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available). Path: Settings > About phone > software update.
If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
I had to manually update using smart switch software. Once you download and connect your phone to pc, open smart switch app on pc, it will automatically show update available on home screen. For detailed info just search on youtube. Updated manually, no issues till now.
