I bought a new tab s10+ and also Samsung keyboard with AI button. There is a major glitch in the keyboard, when I press shift+@ button, it types " and when I type shift+" button, it types @. There are problems with other symbols also. What should I do. It doesn't type $ sign and few other signs.

If you press Shift + 2, you will get the @ symbol.
If you press Shift + 4, you will get the $ symbol.

If you are experiencing issues with your keyboard, please disconnect it and reconnect it.1728146220699.jpg

3. Select "Samsung Keyboard Settings."
4. Choose "Reset to Default Settings."
5. Confirm the reset by selecting "Reset Keyboard Settings."
6. Click "OK" to complete the process.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

You can specifically mention the problem with your keyboard. Samsung support will respond promptly, usually within a few minutes, and may ask for additional details such as the physical appearance of the keyboard and testing results. Provide your address or PIN code so that they can locate the nearest service center. You can then visit the service center with your Samsung keyboard and request a service or a replacement keyboard. Due to the inconvenience caused by the keyboard issue, Samsung support will either provide you with a replacement keyboard or repair the existing one and return it to you.
