Samsung S9 tab series scroll issue

I have notied some display related issues on Samsung Galaxy S9 tab

1. Display jittering ( Lower half, landscape orientation) also noticed this coincidence with 1%drop in battery level.

2. While scrolling screen stuck like effect (attached a video plz watch)

3. Lower bezel of tablet gets hot while screen is on. (Landscape orientation).
