SAMSUNG!! ARE U READING 

Service center guy took the tablet 

Made a factory reset

No use Can't draw using finger 

Checks all settings 

All seems good 

Talks to senior at other place 

Senior sends the video where in his tablet also ,finger drawing is not possible 

Service center guy says the finger drawing option is not available in S9 

Returns me the tab 

It took nearly 2 hrs at service center from in to out Reaches out ,scolds myself . 

And then 

Then 

Types my query on youtube and watches video for 1 minute. 

Eureka 

Finger drawing is working on my tab 

I suppose you got what i meant.

Complain on WhatsApp samsung support there you can find a option called register complaint for service center
