TabletsIt is possible, but it is quite a twisted process.
It depends on the country and the weekend holidays defined in that country.
So, if you have a phone that has UAE Firmware (CSC), it will show Saturday as red.

But Indian Firmware will show Sunday as red.
You could define the week start day as Sunday. But it only puts Sunday at start but still as Red.
You can change to UAE Firmware.
But then you will mess up other things. Like Samsung Pay will not work and eSIM will cause issues.

TabletsIf it bothers too much, you could also use other calendars. Google Calender is an option but I am not sure if this is possible in that.
Do not consider changing Firmware. That will mess up other things.
