Hello,
So I've been facing this problem where my Tab S9 doesn't connect to 5G network anymore after the UI 6.0 update.

I have tried various solutions but can't find any help.
I am in a 5G area.
I had 5G connection before on this device.
I have 5G is enabled.
I have tries changing sim cards.
I tried resetting network settings.

I can't help but get frustrated because of this. And they're not sending any stability fixing updates.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thank-you

Also, am I the only one who noticed that widgets like dynamic weather don't work as should with landscape mode on the tabs?

Update - The solution was to call JIO and ask them to reset my sim card. This problem was apparently caused because I put the sim in a 4G device which somehow glitched my sim card to only provide 4G.

I have sent screenshots previously using the 'contact us' option. And I believe the 'send logs' option was ticked.
But I'll again show some example screen shots of how the widgets are buggy in landscape mode vs potrait mode.

1. Dynamic weather doesn't show the 'dynamic feature'.
2. Device well-being widget goes blank in landscape.

I'm having the exact same problem in my Galaxy S21 FE 5G after installing the January security update. I've even formatted my phone many times but of no help

Yeah??

I contacted samsung help but all they say is send logs or update your device.
They haven't even send a security patch after November for Tabs it seems so I thought maybe the next security patch will fix it, but now I think even that wont help.

It's such a weird and uncommon problem that we can't even get help from anywhere. It's really frustrating.

Btw when you format your phone it went to the default system version right? Like no UI 6?

Yes even I've contacted Samsung, but they couldn't help much. They told me to go to a service center where they'll reinstall the OS on my phone, but I'm skeptical about that

Yeah. Backing and storing all data is kinda annoying, and reinstalling the OS doesn't seem like it'll do anything anyway

Even after formatting it stayed on OneUI 6 January 2024 security patch
