I have purchased and returned 3 products including both wifi and 5G versions of S10 plus tablet due to a lock screen issue. There's is a red line popping up for a fraction of second while the fingerprint sensor turns up on the lock screen. It gets visualized on lockscreen and we can appreciate it in dark room only. No matter how many times I have escalated this issue, neither online support nor local official service centres are showing solution. I would like to see if other customers are facing the same issue.
