Hello Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report severe software stability issues on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Plus 5G. I am facing the following problems:

  1. Orientation/Rotation Bug: Whenever I open Snapchat in landscape mode, the app forcibly rotates to portrait mode and gets stuck/unresponsive. This issue is not limited to Snapchat; several other third-party apps are facing similar rotation glitches where they do not adapt to landscape mode correctly.
  2. System Crash During Screen Recording: I attempted to screen record these bugs to provide evidence. However, as soon as I try to record these specific rotation issues, the tablet hangs completely and forces a system restart.
These bugs are severely impacting my usage. Please investigate and provide a fix in the next update.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Plus 5G
