Imei number not activated

I have purchased samsung S7 tab at doha, Qatar Airport at samsung store. When I reached India,

 1) they customer care says I cannot avail any offers since purchased outside India. 

 2) they say I cannot get warranty of product also.

 Is this true

Ah since u bought it at the airport. Well sorry to say this that first u have to use there sim, then india sim and everything will be good.

Yes very true u are not eligible to get warranty on a product purchased outside India.

By any chance do u have a saudi sim of that country with u.

Yes, it is true you are wont be eligible to get warrantly of products purchased out of India.
