Gmail app is on very old version

In my tab a7, the gmail app is last updated on JUNE 2020!

Pls help me!!

That's strange. Clear cache & data and
try to update Play Store and Google Play services. If that too doesn't work, then I guess you will have to download the updated apk from third party websites like apkmirror.com etc.

Yeah try it. After installing, check playstore again and see if there is any update.
