First and foremost try clearing off the app cache from the settings. If it does not help then disable/delete YouTube and enable/reinstall it again.

Try these steps, from the simplest to the more involved, to resolve the issue:

Restart the YouTube app:
Close and reopen the YouTube app completely.
This is the fix that YouTube officially suggested after releasing the patch.

Play a YouTube Short:
Some users have reported that watching a YouTube Short and then returning to the original video can fix the playback speed menu.
Restart your tablet:
A full device restart can clear any temporary glitches affecting the app.
Clear the app cache:
Go to your tablet's Settings.
Tap on Apps (or Applications).
Find and tap on the YouTube app.
Select Storage.
Tap Clear cache.

If the problem persists

If the basic fixes don't work, there could be a deeper issue with the app itself.

Uninstall and reinstall updates: Navigate to your tablet's Settings > Apps > YouTube.
Tap the three vertical dots in the corner.
Select Uninstall updates.
Open the Google Play Store, find the YouTube app, and update it to the latest version.

If u find this is helpful Click on the three dots of my replies right corner nd accept the solution 😊
