The device has fulfilled its intended function. However, optimal performance cannot be expected from a five-year-old, low-to-mid-range tablet. I consistently advise against purchasing older-generation products solely due to their lower cost, as subsequent software updates will inevitably degrade performance. When acquiring technology, it is prudent to invest in the latest generation rather than outdated models. Note that Samsung Galaxy tablets, starting with the S10 series, offer a seven-year software and security update lifecycle. I hope you purchase wisely in the future.

Yeah, I get it. That's why folks get the best phones; their powerful processors make 'em last. It's true for Apple and Samsung. But Apple also limits things with their OS, while Android keeps adding stuff, slowing down older models. If you want all the Android features, always get a top-of-the-line one. So, different companies, different plans. People who don't update often hardly ever had this issue.

For assistance, please contact your local service center. I recommend installing only security updates; if updates are not frequently installed, avoid using banking and financial applications. I suggest a five-year lifespan for flagship models and two to three years for mid- and low-range models. Apple provides five years of security support, while Samsung offers seven. Plan for five years of device use and budget accordingly. Hope it helps.
