Factory reset problems

Hi 

I have a problem with my samsung s7+ tab

I forgot its pattern password and want to factory reset bypassing the password but its showing me this screen ...and nothings happening even after a lotof time(no sign of downloading or anything either)..what to do? 

How do i open my tab??? Pls help.

thats bcoz your in flash mode, to reset in recovery mode connect usb on your pc/laptop ,switch off your phone now connect your phone once it charges press and hold vol up n power key

if your stuck on download mod press vol up and power key or vol down and power key

Press and hold down the power button and volume down button for 7+ seconds abd your device should restart. If it doesn't, flash the firmware of your device using Odin, or if you're unaware on how to do that, take the device to a service center, they will flash it for you.
