New update problems with my mobile

I use Samsung m40 device since 1 year. I have problem with this device after last update install of mobile. 

1. It's not accept fast charging with It's charger which provides by your brand.
2. It's C type headphone not working with this phone after updated phone.

I complained customers support 2 times. They checked my mobile with smart tutor app and reset all settings. But it's not working. 2nd time they said please do factory reset and I did this but still issues are not fix.

Same issue i observed just before update around 20th June.
I went to Samsung center they repaired it. Most probably hardware issue for you.

Its not with software.
