Cannot install Amazon Shopping App in Samsung tab A9. Error message coming while trying to install the same is "Device is not compatible for this App".
Also, I checked with Amazon as well. Amazon customer care said they cannot raise the complaint on this and samsung only need to address this problem.
All other apps are working except Amazon Shopping App. Also, one more thing I noticed Amazon Shopping App is coming neither in search result of Google Play Store nor in GALAXY STORE of Samsung A9 Tab.
May be this particular App ie. AMAZON SHOPPING APP is not listed for this Samsung Tab A9.
So, I tried to download it directly from Google but there also it's not getting installed it's saying device not compatible ( Screenshot already shared for the same)
Please do the needful.
Amazon Shopping App is a very important App and every latest Android Tab should support this.
And if it's not supporting then it's samsung company responsibility to inform about the same to customer at the time of purchase.
As per your issue, we request you to please report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
