So recently I bought galaxy tab a8 which already get an update for Android 13 and I updated it. Now I'm not able to use app for which I bought the tablet, I checked in the reviews of app that the problem is because of android 13, so is there any easy and safe way for downgrade the Android version in the tablet?

I don't think there is any safe process to do so. You can visit to a good service centre where you can get a solution but still in YouTube you can find few processes with no guarantee of safe recovery of data.

visiting the brand service center is safer rather than visiting any other shop meanwhile safety and privacy is important
