Double tap turn on screen not working in Samsung tablet a9 plus 5g

Is this software issue or what 

But when i touch tablet metal body and then I double tap on screen the screen wakes up

Purchased on 6 may and delivered om 9 of may 2024

Record video of problem and make a return request on Samsung shop and may be you will get call back from Samsung they will tell you go to service centre after that service centre will check tablet and they will format it but I suggest you if you go to service centre tell them downgrade the software if you updated your tablet to Android 14

If this doesn't work then you will find one more thing to say to service centre that this is display problem not software problem now I want replacement they will create a job sheet of that if they reject the replacement then you can call in Samsung customer support at service centre process is little hard😅
