Battery Estimation time shows 1hour even after battery level 100%

Hi Everyone, 

I have kept charging for my new galaxy Tab A7 (purchaseed on June 2021) with original charger which is provided along with device. Issue is battery level is showing 100% and estimation time for charge showing "around 1 hours to charge full (Pic attached)" even after battery level is 100%. I have done reset and device updated as well. Even i have checked in safe mode. 

I went to service center as suggested by samsung support after raising complaint ticket. Problem unable to solve by samsung service center professionals. 

Problem not solved. I think i have received defect. Please do needful

How much time actual backup you get?

Yes i don't know exactly when it get full charge because of issue and backup is based on usage.

How much hours do battery lasts for your usage?

Its drains 10% for 1 hour while watching videos approximately. Its depends on usage like watching videos, browsing etc
