APN and data settings in Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G - Android 11

1. To set the Access Point Name (APN) and turn on data settings, follow these steps:
   
2. Go to the Home screen.
   To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.
3. Choose Settings.
   
4. Scroll down.
   Choose Connections.
   
5. Choose Data usage.
   
6. If Mobile data is turned off, turn on Mobile data and choose the back symbol.
   If Mobile data is turned on, choose the back symbol.
   
7. Choose Mobile networks.
   
8. Choose Access Point Names.
   
9. Choose Add.
   
10. Under Name, enter any Name
    Under APN, enter fast.google.com
    Under Proxy, do not enter anything
    
11. Under Port, do not enter anything
    Under Username, do not enter anything
    Under Password, do not enter anything
    
12. Scroll down.
    Under MCC, enter 310
    Under MNC, enter 260
    
13. Under Authentication type, check Not set.
    Choose APN type.
    
14. If this screen appears, enter default,supl (note: in lower case) and choose OK.
    If this screen does not appear, check Internet and choose OK.
    
15. Under APN protocol, check IPV6
    Under APN roaming protocol, check IPV4
    
16. Choose the options symbol.
    
17. Choose Save.
    
18. Check your saved name.
    
19. Return to the Home screen.
    
20. To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.
    
21. Choose Internet.
    
22. If this screen appears, read the terms and conditions and choose Agree.
    If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
    
23. If this screen appears, choose an option, in this case, Not now.
    If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
    
24. Choose the list symbol.
    
25. Choose Settings.
    
26. Choose Homepage.
    
27. Check Custom page.
    
28. Enter www.google.com
    
29. Choose Save.
30. Return to the Home screen.
    To finish the process and activate the settings, you need to restart the device. Your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G will then be configured to use mobile internet.

31. To reboot the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G, press and hold the Bixby button and the volume down button on the top of the device.
    
32. Choose Restart.
    
33. Choose Restart.
    
34. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G will automatically reboot.
    
35. If this screen appears, enter the PIN code and choose OK.
    If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
    
36. If this screen appears, swipe your finger over the screen to unlock it.
    If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
    
37. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G is now ready for use.
    
38. The device is set up for data. If you have data coverage, you can access a web page to test the connection.
