How can I use bottom toolbar in Samsung internet?

Recently started using tab s7 Fe. But I can't find  any option to access bottom toolbar in Samsung internet. How can I use it?

Same on my tab A7
It is updated to the latest version.
There is no such option for tabs unfortunately

Don't you use the pin to screen edge panels option? That is like a windows taskbar but in the side and is always open and disappears when you watch content on it
