Unable to add soundbar Q990C

I'm unable to add Q990C.

THE smartthings app remains stuck at getting things ready. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also reset the soundbar.

Pls help

In smart thing app setting.
Leave smart thing. Register it again and try to add.
