You seem to have somehow tripped Knox. Have you tried flashing custom firmware or rooted your phone?

So that explains it all. You have tripped Knox and you won't be able to use Knox applications again, also your phone's warranty is void now

restart ur phone it will work fine my j5 shown like this after restart it will work fine

i visited service center and they told me that will have to change motherboard and cost will something around 7000
