Bring App lock to OneUI

Bring the native app lock feature to One ui apart from the secure folder.

The secure folder is great but 

It is good to have inbuilt app lock instead of having same app twice which eats away storage. 

The secure folder is more like Clone phone from coloros and Second space from xiaomi

Anyway a builtin native app lock much more handy than a secret space
