Secure FolderHi there,
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Clear the Cache of the secure folder (setting>>apps>>tap on 3 dots on right corner>>show system app >>Secure folder>>storage>>clear cache).
2) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.
3) Kindly once remove the existing pin of the secure folder and again set a new pin lock.
4) Check the latest update in the device (Menu > Settings > Software Update > Check for update).
