please help me I use note 8 it has a problem to create secure folder

first check your knox version tripped or not .. download knox checker from play store and check..... and another possibility is if someone purchased any device from samsung finance then after completing full emi payment secure folder will unlocked....how did you purchased your device?

I purchased my device in market from smartphone wholesaler

Hey if you're still facing the issue with your Secure folder, then please turn out to the feedback section for help and  raise an error report:

Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

 Log in Samsung Members app > Click “+ button” at the bottom right > Click “Send feedback” > Click “Error reports” > Add detail of the issue and attach the system log data (click checkbox)

*When you abstract the log file. Please check off the pop-up message: log file delivered
