Secure folder not opening

I am using galaxy note 8 and it is not rooted but my secure folder is not opening when i tap on the icon it stucks for 2 seconds and then nothing no error message nothing

Secure folder is not opening and reset is failing on m51 after July security patch update. And the notification is stuck in the notification bar.
Please help.
