Completed my emi still not able to open secure folder

I have completed my emi it still says security policy prevents the installation of secure folder.
After talking to customer service they are saying that it will not able to open after Android ui6 update.
What to do?
Need urgent help

Do a factory Data reset and check. If doesn't solve. Visit a service center they will update it properly. After you'r issue will be resolved.

Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

I take my phone on EMI but i will pay totel amount in 10 days how many days its take to access secure folder
