Secure folder not open , Says lock

Automatically Secure folder not open from last month in my galaxy F22 device. notification shows secure folder lock - unlock your secure folder. When me open this fille it says two option > close app or app info . Please solve my problem samsung . I am very disappointed with samsung . Plese solve my issue
