I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I am encountering on my Samsung S23 regarding the Secure Folder functionality. Despite several troubleshooting attempts, I have been unable to install or access Secure Folder due to a security policy restriction message.

**Objective:**

I aim to resolve the Secure Folder installation error and gain access to its functionality on my Samsung S23 device.

**Issue Details:**

- Model: Samsung S23

- Error Message: "Security policy prevents installation of Secure Folder"

- Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

 1. Checked Device Administrator Settings

 2. Updated Secure Folder to the latest version

 3. Cleared cache and data for Secure Folder

 4. Attempted to disable any conflicting security policies

 5. Considered a factory reset but preferred to seek professional guidance first

- Additional Context: The device is not managed by any corporate IT administrator, and I have not been able to identify any specific apps or settings that might be causing this issue.
