Secure Folder
1. I have WhatsApp in secure folder. Whenever I try to access WhatsApp message from notifications bar. The secure folder screen comes just showing my wallpaper and navigation buttons with only home screen and back button . No pattern unlock option and no iris scan and no finger print scanner works. At this time even if I lock the device, the device is locked - > After unlocking the screen remains as it is. The notification bar is also inaccessible at this time allowing me to do nothing .
2. After this, I have to press home button multiple times. Then the multitasking button appears. Which I press and lock the device. After unlocking the device, I'm able to drag the notification bar down and access the WhatsApp notification once again. Sometimes after the whole process the device opens WhatsApp and sometimes it does not. Then I have to repeat the above steps again and again.
Kindly fix this for God sake!! It was your flagship for 2017. I don't feel that I'm using premium Samsung phone atleast with secure folder issues.
