Samsung Knox is an integrated hardware based security. Disabling Knox would make you loose access to great features like Pay Mini, Health, Secure Folder and much more.
There is no exact way to disable knox, but an unrecommended way is to attempt to root the device (highly unadvisable!!!). But once done you won't be able to re-enable it!
