Secure Folder requires Knox which is a both hardware & software based security and M21 doesn't have that hardware so it can't be provided through software update.

I think it won't work cause some S series users told me that it didn't work even when they tried to sideload it [ it shows "Installation failed" ] ( exactly same as Good Lock sideload gets failed everytime in M series phones )
