Installing apps to secure folder

Why new apps are adding into secure folder automatically? How can I disable it?

From Where do you install an apps? From or outside Secure Folder?
If you install an app from the playstore of a secure folder, then those apps are installed in the secure folder itself and not outside...

I install apps from Playstore outside of secure folder. There is no play store in the secure folder.

I had this same problem but solved.  By taking following steps

1. Open playstore outside secure folder.

2. Select any random app no need to install it, open description or details page.

3. There will be small down arrow next to install button click that.

4. Uncheck all other devices, only keep on this device checked.

Done 

From now on all apps will only install outside secure folder.
