Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue on my Samsung device. Whenever I try to install or activate the Secure Folder, I receive the following message:

“Security policy prevents the installation of Secure Folder.”

Because of this restriction, I am unable to use Secure Folder for protecting my personal and work-related data. I kindly request your guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Below are my device details for your reference:

Device Information:

  • Product Name: Galaxy A56 5G

  • Model Number: SM-A566E/DS

  • Android Security Patch Level: 1 November 2025

  • Knox Version: 3.12 (API level 39)

  • Service Provider Software Version: SAOMC_SM-A566E_ODM_INS_16_0008 (INS/INS, INS/INS)

  • Security Software Version: MDF v3.3 Release 1, ADP v3.1 Release 20230510, and others (as shown in attached screenshots)

Kindly advise if this issue is related to device policy, Knox configuration, firmware, or regional restrictions. I would appreciate any steps or software updates that can help enable Secure Folder on my device.
