β€’ Samsung Galaxy A14 5G's Secure Folder requires One UI Core 5.1 (Android 13) or higher.

β€’ Check your software version; if missing, install it from the Galaxy Store.

β€’ Carrier or region may affect availability.

Seems like the samsung firmware of your model doesn't have support for secure folder.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it..

If your query is resolved please accept my answer as a solution by clicking on the three dots thank uhπŸ’Œ

Here's how to enable Secure Folder on your Samsung device (if supported):

---

Step-by-Step Guide to Enable Secure Folder:

1. Check for Secure Folder

Open Settings

Tap Security and privacy

Look for Secure Folder

If it's not visible, search "Secure Folder" in the Settings search bar

If still missing, go to Galaxy Store, search for Secure Folder, and install it (only if your device supports it)

2. Set Up Secure Folder

Tap Secure Folder

Sign in with your Samsung Account

Agree to the terms and allow permissions

3. Choose Lock Type

Select your preferred lock method: PIN, pattern, password, or biometrics (fingerprint/face)

4. Access Secure Folder

Once setup is complete, the Secure Folder icon appears on your home screen or app drawer

Open it and tap the "+" icon to add files or apps

5. (Optional) Hide Secure Folder

Go to Settings > Security and privacy > Secure Folder

Toggle β€œAdd Secure Folder to Apps screen” OFF to hide it

---

Tips:

You can move apps (e.g., WhatsApp) into Secure Folder and use them separately with different accounts.

Use Samsung Cloud to back up your Secure Folder data securely.

---

Let me know your device model if you don’t see these optionsβ€”I can check for compatibility and guide accordingly.

It's cool, stuff happens. Next time, check the OS and skip One UI Core; Samsung doesn't give it full access like One UI
